Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join our team and help us expand our deal pipeline. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound lead flow, negotiating with motivated sellers, and locking up contracts that meet our buy box criteria.
This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, thrives under pressure, and wants to grow in the real estate investment world.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads from cold calling, SMS, PPC, and other channels
Analyze property details and run comparables (ARV, repair costs, etc.)
Build rapport and negotiate win-win solutions with sellers
Lock up properties under contract at ideal wholesale terms
Maintain CRM data and pipeline stages accurately
Collaborate with disposition and marketing teams to coordinate smooth handoffs
Hit weekly KPIs for calls, contracts, and closed deals
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of sales or acquisitions experience (real estate wholesale a major plus)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Relentless, self-driven, and competitive mindset
Ability to work CRM systems, comps tools (e.g. PropStream, BatchLeads, Zillow)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Coachable and eager to learn — we value hustle over credentials
Bonus Points
Familiarity with creative financing (sub-to, seller finance, etc.)
Experience working with investors or in real estate investing
